Form-485:
User-friendly tool which creates the Plan of Treatment (form
HCFA-485) effortlessly. Once a new 485 is added, TimeTrack®
will automatically pull the demographics from the Patient
Admission screen as well as pull the ICD9 from the Oasis screen.
The remaining fields can be completed with minimal time utilizing
many built-in pick-lists. Users can customize the following
pick-lists to suite their specific needs:
