TimeTrack Startup is specifically designed to address the special needs of a new Home Health agency. A new startup agency is mainly concerned with two pressing issues; ensuring regulatory compliance with requirements necessary for State and/or CMS certification as well as minimizing business operating cost until provider number is issued. TimeTrack Startup package addresses both of these issues:

I. Compliance:

TimeTrack® Startup automates the following processes:

• Patient admissions: Track admitted patient information, including patient demographics, Start of Care date, Payer information (up to 3 payers), Disciplines (SN, PT, etc.), reminders such as re-certification dates, Plan of treatment receipt, team conferences, and supervisory visits. Data flows through to Oasis/485 Plan of Treatment/Billing screens in order to streamline data entry process as well as to ensure accuracy.

• Oasis completion: Post, maintain, and track the different Oasis surveys. Includes multiple built-in quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with state error-checking system as well as consistency in responses to Oasis M00 questions. Integrated with billing and 485 Plan of Treatment.

• 485 Plan of Treatment preparation: Prepare form CMS-485 with minimal time, utilizing several customizable built-in picklists. The system prints a professional looking CMS-485 Plan of Treatment (along with the addendum CMS-487) ready to be sent to the physician for signature, thus eliminating the need for pre-printed forms and related expenses.

• Billing preparation: With few mouse clicks, generate a HIPAA compliant electronic claim file approved by all Medicare's (part A) fiscal intermediaries. Medicaid and other payers billing capabilities and billing format (such as CMS-1500 and other) can be setup for an additional fee.

• Reports: PCC startup comes equipped with the following reports:

  - Active Patient: prints all active patients as of a specific date.
  - Admitted Patients: prints all patients admitted within a specific date range.
  - Episodes Report: prints all different episodes within a specific date range.
  - Patient visits: prints visits information within a specific date range.
  - Billing summary report: prints the current billing claims.
  - Oasis submission report: prints the current Oasis submissions.
  - Patient dues: prints patients that are due for certification, supervisory visits and other types of time sensitive activities.

II. Containing Cost: All the capabilities above are available for only $4,999.00. This rate includes 1 year maintenance. Extended maintenance annual plan is $1,499.00 per year thereafter.

Option to upgrade to TimeTrack® PPS Package is available for an additional $8,999.00.
